The issue was resolved at 4:10pm. During this time adding products to orders was intermittently very slow. Some other pages were also slower than they should be as a knock-on effect during this period of degraded performance. There were a handful of occurrences where pages failed to load at all as they hit the maximum time limits. We're really sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you and have put measures in place to reduce the chance of issues like this reoccurring.
